| 摘 要： | China is abundant in mercury. The mercury ore deposits are mostly strata-bound mercuryore deposits which mainly occur in carbonate strata and are strictly controlled by certainhorizon. Characterized by lower mineralizing temperature, simple mineral composition and rarewallrock alteration, the strata-bound mercury ore deposits have no genetic relationship with themagmatic rock. The formation of mercury ore is a result of reforming proccess in which thesubstances of mercury in source bed are transported and concentrated under a series of epi-genetic thermodynamic events as well as tectonic activities.
