泰安深燃天然气液化工艺研究

首先简单介绍国内外LNG生产及发展概况,根据目前较成熟的LNG液化工艺突出介绍了泰安深燃LNG项目液化工艺的选择,从工艺、流程及特点方面详细分析了泰安深燃在天然气净化、液化方面的技术,最后对比目前国内LNG工厂液化流程的优缺点,得出泰安深燃天然气液化工艺可行性结论。泰安深燃LNG项目是目前国内第一套投产的全部国产化设备的液化天然气生产装置,在天然气液化工艺方面成功运行的经验介绍,将对未来建设同类LNG生产装置具有一定的借鉴作用。

Natural gas liquefaction technology in Taian Shenran LNG plant

This article first briefly overview the production and development of LNG in China;then based on the more mature LNG liquefaction process ,the liquefaction technology in Taian Shenran LNG project was highlighted from the technology、process and characteristics in a detailed analysis;finally by comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the domestic LNG plants comes to the conclution that the natural gas liquefaction process in Taian Shenran is feasible.Taian Shenran LNG plant is the first set plant which all of its production equipments were made in China.The successful operation experiences of the plant will be usefull to the future construction of the similar LNG project.
