| 摘 要： | 以某普通高等学校毕业生和就业学生为分析对象.以灰色系统理论为基础,通过DGM(1,1)模型获取了2006—2007年该高校毕业人数和就业人数的预测值.并结合2001年到2005年统计数据,利用平行数据模型建立起了普通高等学校毕业人数与就业人数之间的关系模型,揭示了高校人才供求间的结构关系和政策影响力度.最后提出了几点相关建议.

| Abstract: | The graduates and employees from some university is object of this article study.based on the theory of Grey System,Gaining the forecast data of the graduates and employees of 2006 to 2007 by using the DGM(1,1) model,and combining the statistics from 2001 to 2005,it sets up the connection model of the graduates and employees from this university with the panel data model.By analyzing the model,We can learn the construction relationship of graduates supply and demand and the driven force from government policy.Finally,some relative advice are made. |
