| 摘 要： | 为了解电极法分析血清总钙的特点，将该法与邻甲酚酞法进行了实验对比，结果两种方法线性范围和平均回收率均符合要求，精密度实验批内和批间ＲＳＤ值均在允许范围。电极法快速，准确，化学法稳定性好，抗干扰性强，两种方法相关性良好，无显著差异。高脂血标本对两种方法均有正干扰。

| Abstract: | In order to find out the characteristics of the analysis on serum Ca by petentiometry, potentionmety was compared with OCPC method. The results showed that both linear range and average recovery of two methods were conformed to practical demand. The precision experiments showed that RSD values interbatch and intra-batch were in permissible range, The potentiometry was characterized by rapid and accuracy, while OCPC method has a good stability and strong anti-interference,Two methods have a good correlation and their results detected have no significant difference. |
