The synthesis of 7-(-D-ribofuranosyl)-4-methylthioimidazo4,5-d]-1,2,3-triazine, 7-methyl-4-methylthioimidazo4,5-d]-1,2,3-triazine, and 5-methyl-4-methylthioimidazo 4,5-d]-1,2,3-triazine is described.
