Determination of Urapidil by Flow Injection Chemiluminescence

Abstract:A reverse flow injection chemiluminescence(CL) method for the determination of urapidil was firstly described. It was found that the CL intensity from the Luminol ClO- system could be enhanced in the presence of urapidil. The increase of CL emission was correlated with urapidil mass concentration in the range from 0.2 to 100 μg/mL, the detection limit was 0.01 μg/mL and the relative standard deviation was 1.3%(ρ =4 μg/mL, n =11), a sampling frequency of 150 h-1 was attained. The method was applied to the determination of leucoge in pharmaceutical preparations with recovery of 101.0% and 101.3%.
