阻力对透平压缩机系统稳定性的影响

摘    要:
建立了一个考虑管道阻力作用的透平压缩机系统喘振点计算模型,通过算例计算分析了阻力对喘振点的影响.结果表明阻力对系统具有稳定性作用,较大的阻力可以明显地推迟喘振的发生。对于管道很长的压缩系统,在估算喘振点时应当考虑沿程阻力的影响.另外还提出了一种提高压缩系统稳定性的结构,通过进口阀门提供局部阻力可以构做出几乎无喘振的压缩系统,同时计算分析表明此结构对于低压低速压缩机系统具有一定的实用意义,而对于高压高速系统则造成性能的严重下降.

Abstract:
A model for the surge point evaluation in turbocompressor system is presented with consideration of resistance along pipeline. The numerical results show that the effect ofresistance is stable to the system. Larger drag and local resistance can largely lower surgeflowrate. The consideration of drag resistance is important for surge point evaluation in the system with very long pipe line. Based on the present calculation, a project of systemconfiguration is presented which can make the system be near free from surge. A inlet valveis used to make the system more stable than ever. Under this project, the turbocompressor system has very good results for a low speed stage, while have found bad performance for ahigh speed turbocompressor system.
