摘    要:通过性状较为一致的(Pb1-xSrx)TiO3(简称PST)红外敏感元电容器对的制备,将其设置在电脉冲读出电路中,通过脉冲电压的调制,可读出其温差下的介电响应特性,从而得到红外辐射的信息.测试表明,随着辐射强度的增强,电路中净充放电电荷值平缓地增加.表明用这种方法进行红外辐射的探测是可行的,其探测电路结构简单紧凑,且易作成阵列器件.通过进一步改进性能,可望发展出新一代IR探测器件.

Abstract:The (Pb_(1-x)Sr_x)TiO_3 capacitor couples with similar property and structure were fabricated.The capacitor couples were used in the electrical couple-impulses circuit to detect the IR information through the measurement of their dielectric temperature response.Experiment result indicated that the net charges of the circuit increased with the IR intensity smooth- ly,which showed that it was feasible for IR detecting by this method.It was possible for this device to be exploited to a new generation IR detector with an excellent structure and property.
