Earlier unknown representatives of fluorine-containing α-chloroalkylisocyanates, viz., esters of 2-chloro-3,3,3-trifluoro-2-isocyanatopropionic acid, were obtained. Synthetic potentialities of these compounds in the preparation of 2-substituted derivatives of 3,3,3-trifluoroalanine were demonstrated. Published in Russian in Izvestiya Akademii Nauk.
