摘    要:利用低温液相法可控合成有序硫化镉纳米结构.用片状碘化铋作为可分解的二维模板实现硫化镉纳米线的生长调控.采用不同尺寸的片状碘化铋并控制反应温度,成功制备出硫化镉纳米线的平面方形网状结构、无序交织网状结构和有序阵列结构.电子显微分析、X射线衍射和光致发光分析显示,这些纳米结构晶化程度良好.场发射测试表明,硫化镉纳米线由横向排列向竖直排列的可控变化使得硫化镉纳米线平面方形网状结构、无序交织网状结构和有序阵列结构的场发射性能依次增强.

Abstract:Ordered CdS nanostructures were synthesized under controlled conditions via a low-temperature solution- phase procedure. Bismuth triiodide (BiI3) sheets were selected because of their dissolvable, two-dimensional template which confines the growth ofCdS nanowires (NWs). By adjusting the BiI3 sheet size and reaction temperature, square grid planar CdS NW networks, woven CdS NW networks, and CdS NW arrays were synthesized. Transmission electron microscope analysis, X-ray diffiaction pattern, and photolumineseence (PL) test indicated that these nanostructures have a desirable crystalline structure. The field emission measurements of the square grid planar CdS NW networks, the woven CdS NW networks, and the CdS NW arrays revealed that the modification of the CdS NWs' alignment from horizontal to vertical resulted in the enhancement of their electron field emission properties.
