热敏性磁性高分子微球同蛋白质的相互作用

摘    要:热敏性磁性微球被用于人血清白蛋白(human serum albumin ,HSA) 的吸附/ 解吸研究,考察了温度、pH 值、蛋白质浓度以及保温时间等因素对蛋白质吸附/ 解吸的影响,结果显示微球对蛋白质的吸附/ 解吸具有明显的温度依赖性;pH 值增大使蛋白质的吸附量减小;延长保温时间和增大蛋白质的初始浓度均有利于增加蛋白质的吸附量.

Abstract:Adsorption and desorption behaviours of protein human serum albumin (HSA) on thermosensitive magnetic polymer microspheres were investigated.At higher temperature,microspheres deswelled and susceptible to absorb larger amount of proteins,some of them could be desorbed at lower temperature.The extent of adsorption was found to depend on the pH value,protein concentration and incubation time also.At higher pH value,less of proteins could be absorbed because of the electrostatic repulsive force between the protein and microspheres.Increasing incubation time or protein concentration was favorable to the adsorption of proteins.
