Abstract: | Models for the computer simulation of electrical conductivity of polycrystalline materials and mixtures are proposed. The effect of model parameters on the concentration behavior of conductivity is considered. The correspondence between the model parameters and the characteristics of physical objects is established, thus making it possible to analyze the spatial relations in solid-state systems.Translated fromIzvestiya Akademii Nauk.
