| Abstract: | The reaction of organometallic reagents, e.g. alkyllithiums, cuprates and alkylcoppers, with α-haloimines gave selectively a variety of synthetically useful reactions, including coupling to 1,4-diimines, homologation, and production of heterocycles. |
