| Abstract: | An outside recycling nebulizing system is introduced to determine components of a thin film with ICP-AES. The contents in samples are calculated using standardizing method or mole-ratio method without weighing and measuring the final volume of the solution. The method is simple and rapid and the results are satisfactory. |
