摘    要:固体直接进样是近年来石墨炉原子吸收分析领域发展较快的技术,它取代了繁冗的对固体样品的前处理,避免了样品的污染和损失,也保护了操作人员的身体健康。采用固体直接进样-石墨炉原子吸收光谱仪,结合使用持久化学改进剂对环境土壤样品中Cd元素进行测定,其结果表明,方法检出限为0.002 66ng,定量测定下限为0.008 87ng,相对标准偏差RSD≤10%,方法准确、可靠,均满足环境土壤测试方法的要求。

Abstract:The direct solid sample introduction technique has been rapid developed in the graphite furnace atomic absorption field recently. The direct solid sample introduction technique has replaced the burdensome sample pre-treatment procedure, which results in the reduction of sample contamination and losses. In the meantime, it also brings better protection to the health of operators. In this paper, we used a direct solid sample introduction graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometer (Jena, Germany ZEEnit 650P) together with the use of the permanent chemical modifier to measure Cd element in the environmental soil samples. The results show that the detection limit is 0. 002 66 ng , the lower limit of quantitative determination is 0. 008 87 ng, and relative standard deviation is ≤ 10% . The method is accurate, reliable and can meet the requirements for the environmental soil testing method.
