茶叶中9种有机磷农药残留量快速测定方法

摘    要:为建立了茶叶中9种有机磷农药的气相色谱检测方法,将试样在气相色谱仪DB—XLB色谱柱中分离,FPD检测器鉴定。结果表明,9种有机磷能够很好地分离,在0.05~1.0灿∥mL线性关系良好(r≥0.999)。在0.05—0.20mg/kg的添加水平范围内的平均回收率为78.6%~105%,相对标准偏差为1.4%~7.8%。9种有机磷方法检出限0.005~0.01mg/kg。

Abstract:To establish the gas chromatographic detection method of nine kinds of organophosphorus pesticide in tea,tea samples were separation by chromatographic column in gas chromatography DB-XLB,and determined with flame photometry detector(FPD).The results show that,nine kinds of organophosphorus can be separated,and have good linear relationship between 0.05 to 1.0 μg/mL(r≥0.999).And the average recovery was 78.6%~105% when the added level was between 0.05 to 0.20 mg/kg;the relative standard deviation is between 1.4% to 7.8%.The detection limit of nine kinds of organophosphorus was 0.005~0.001 mg/kg.
