摘    要:建立了流动注射化学发光检测恩诺沙星的新方法.考察和优化了影响KMnO_4-Na_2S_2O_3-恩诺沙星体系化学发光强度的条件,通过比较荧光光谱和化学发光光谱探讨了化学发光机理.在3.0×10~(-7)~3.0×10~(-6) g/mL范围内,化学发光强度与恩诺沙星的浓度之间呈现良好的线性关系.检出限为1.1×10~(-7) g/mL,相对标准偏差为2.7%.本方法已用于兽药制剂中恩诺沙星含量的测定.

Abstract:A novel flow-injection chemiluminescence method was developed for the determination of enrofloxacin with KMnO_4-Na_2S_2O_3-enrofloxacin system. The CL conditions of the system were investigated and optimized. The chemilu-minescence mechanism was discussed by comparison of fluorescence and chemiluminescence spectra. The relationship between chemiluminescence intensity and enrofloxacin concentration was linear in the range of 3.0 × 10~(-7)~3.0 × 10~(-6) g/mL. The detection limit for enrofloxacin was 1.1 × 10~(-7) g/mL, and the relative standard deviation (n = 11) is 2.7% for 3 × 10~(-7) g/mL enrofloxacin. The proposed method has been used for the determination of enrofloxacin in veterinary preparations.
