| Abstract: | Triethyl ammonium Salt of O,O′-bis(p-tolyl)dithiophosphate and O,O′-bis(m-tolyl)dithiophosphate have been obtained by reaction of p- and m-cresol, respectively with P2S5 in toluene and have been characterized by elemental analysis, IR, 1H and 31P NMR spectroscopy. The molecular structure of O,O′-bis(p-tolyl)dithiophosphate has been determined.
