摘    要:用二次阳极氧化法制备纳米多孔氧化铝板,然后用磁控溅射方式在纳米多孔氧化铝板表面镀金得到介孔网络电路,对该介孔网络电路进行输运测量,发现其具有非线性电阻.

Abstract:The mesoscopic circuit exhibits peculiar quantum effects. A lot of researches were carried out on the mesoscopic circuit. The phase of electron in an electronic device can be controlled by the electrostatic potential and the magnetic vector potential that the traveling electrons experience in the conducting path. It is possible to observe a persistent current in a mesoscopic ring, and changes in magnetic fluxes in a ring structure lead to the magnetostatic Aharonov-Bohm (AB) oscillations. By experimental study in mesoscopic metallic samples it is found out that the I-V curves of these samples are not linear. However, all this work is about one single ring mesoscopic circuit. No work about a circuit that consists of many mesoscopic rings has been reported. A gold mesoscopic net circuit with nano-size meshes is prepared by using the aluminum oxide in nano-porous structure and magnetic sputtering method. Positive R-T coefficient and Non-linear I-V characteristics are observed in this circuit, which can be explained by Landauer-Buttiker formula.
