摘    要:POSS 作为一种特殊的有机/无机杂化纳米构件备受关注。本文总结了近几年有关探索POSS聚合物结构与性能之间关系的研究进展,并重点综述了POSS在有机半导体材料领域的应用。

Abstract:Polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane(POSS) as a special family of inorganic-organic hybrid nanobuilding blocks has attracted considerable interest.This review is intended to cover the more recent advances in both structure-property relationships of POSS-containing polymers and the applications of POSS in organic semiconductors.
