| Abstract: | The vibrational spectrum of dimethyldichlorogermane has been observed in the gaseous and liquid states in the infrared (250–4000 cm−1) and in the liquid phase in the Raman effect (40–3200 cm−1). Assignments of frequencies to normal modes of vibration are given and these are compared with those of the analogous carbon, silicon and tin compounds. |
