摘    要:为测量紧凑型快前沿高电压脉冲源的输出电压,设计了D-dot电压探头。分别进行了刻度因素标定和频响标定,采用前沿约50 ns的高压脉冲信号对探头进行在线标定确定探头的刻度因素。将探头安装在阻抗为50 的传输线上,用亚纳秒脉冲源进行频响标定,表明该探头的响应约为150 ps。高压实验结果表明该探头能够正确获取高电压快脉冲信号,工作稳定可靠。

Abstract:A kind of D-dot monitor has been designed to measure the high voltage pulse on an impedance transformer line of compact fast rise time pulse generator. The scaling factor of the D-dot monitor was calibrated in-situ by using a calibrated resistive divider and a high voltage pulse whose rise time is about 50 ns. The response of the monitor was tested by using a 50 Ω transmission line installed with the D-dot monitor. When the rise time of input pulse is about 320 ps, the rise time of the pulse output by the D-dot monitor is about 350 ps. The response of the D-dot monitor is about 150 ps. Thus the monitor can measure the voltage pulses with the rise time exceeding 450 ps. The experiment results indicate that the D-dot monitor can reliably and accurately measure the sub-nanosecond high voltage pulses.
