Squeezing of quantal fluctuations |

| Abstract: | We solve the Schrödinger equation for a harmonic oscillator with time-dependent mass. When this mass increases boundlessly, quantum uncertainties are strongly diminished. This effect is used for a collective theory of charge equilibration. We conclude that present data cannot prove the existence of quantal fluctuations in deep inelastic reactions. |
