| 摘 要： | 按照GB/T5009.29-2003中山梨酸含量测定方法,对测量结果的不确定度来源如标准溶液浓度、校准曲线参数、样品稀释等进行了分析,对各不确定度分量进行了评定和量化。气相色谱法测定酱油中山梨酸相对扩展不确定度为0.56%。
