几种常见中药针剂的红外谱分析

本文检测了中药灯盏花注射剂、刺五加注射剂和香丹注射剂的红外谱图, 并对其进行了分析、比较。这些中药注射剂的红外谱图在2000 cm -1以上波数段非常相似, 2000 cm -1以下波数段差异较大。通过对注射剂众多谱线的分析, 推断出中药灯盏花、刺五加和香丹的主要成分是多环芳香烃衍生物, 并且含有大量的-OH。刺五加的特征谱线1420 cm-1和1603 cm-1表明刺五加中含有-COOH。灯盏花的特征谱线1237 cm-1和1279 cm-1对应含氧环的振动, 说明灯盏花的化学结构式里有含氧环这个官能团。上述结果与目前中药注射剂的主要研究方法HPLC得出的结论是一致的。

Infrared Spectroscopic Analysis of Some Injections from Chinese Traditional Medicine

The injections of erigeron breviscapine,acanthopanax senticosu and xiangdan were analyzed by infrared spectra.Their IR spectra are similar above but different below 2000 cm-1.The injections consist of mainly polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons and numerous –OH groups.It is shown that there is a –COOH group in breviscapine which is characterized by the peaks at 1420 cm-1 and 1603 cm-1,and an oxygenous ring functional group in acanthopanax senticosu characterized by the peaks at 1237 cm-1 and 1279 cm-1.The results are in accordance with those from HPLC analysis.
