On Einstein Hermitian Surfaces |

| Abstract: | We show that every compact Einstein Hermitian surface with constant conformal scalar curvature is a Kahler surface and that, in contrast to the compact case, there exits a noncompact Einstein Hermitian and non-Kahler surface with constant conformal scalar curvature. |
