Abstract:A result of experimental research to improve our earlier work of 2-10ns excimer laser pulse generation is represented. By replacing the electro-synchronizing scheme published in reference[1] with an optical synchronizing scheme is reported, the 2-10ns excimer laser pulses have much better stability and higher energy efficiency than the earlier work.
