摘    要:建立了同时测定有机膦酸类阻垢缓蚀剂羟基亚乙基叉二膦酸(HEDP)、氨基三甲叉膦酸(ATMP)和乙二胺四亚甲基膦酸钠(EDTMPS)的离子色谱检测方法.该方法以Shodex IC NI-424为阴离子交换柱,4 mmol·L-1 H2SO4为流动相,流速为1.0 mL·min-1,非抑制电导进行检测,方法的线性范围为5~200 mg·L-1,HEDP、ATMP和EDTMPS的平均加标回收率分别为101.15%、95.48%和92.41%,检出限分别为0.80、4.30和4.27 mg·L-1;对50 mg·L-1标准溶液分别进行8次平行测定,相对标准偏差(RSD%)分别为0.83,1.91和1.18.该方法具有简单、快速、灵敏、抗干扰等优点,用于HEDP、ATMP和EDTMPS的质量监控,结果令人满意.

Abstract:1-Hydroxyethylidene-1,1-diphosphonic acid (HEDP), Amino Trimethylene Phosphonic Acid (ATMP) and Ethylene Diamine Tetra (Methylene Phosphonic Acid) Sodium (EDTMPS) are usually used as scales and corrosion inhibitors in recycle-cooling water for steel industry. With the increasing use of scale and corrosion inhibitors, polyphosphonates are now an emerging environmental contaminant and few quantization methods exist. In this study, the method of simultaneous determination of HEDP, ATMP and EDTMPS by ion chromatography was investigated. The chromatographic parameters including elution and detection were optimized. The separation was achieved on a Shodex IC NI-424 column with H2SO4 solution of 4 mmol·L^-1 as the eluent at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min^-1 , and the detection was performed by a nonsuppressed conductivity detection mode with the injection volume of 100μL. The method showed good linearity within the range of 5 - 200 mg · L-1 with average recoveries of 101.1%, 95. 48% and 92.41%. The limit of quantitation of the method reached 0.80, 4.30 and 4.27 mg·L-1, respectively. The correlation coefficients for the target analytes ranged from 92.41% to 101. 15 %. The relative standard deviations for 50 mg·L-1 HEDP, ATMP and EDTMPS standard solutions were 0.83,1.91 and 1.18 (n=8) respectively. The method has been applied to the simultaneous determination of HEDP, ATMP and EDTMPS with'the advantages of being simple, fast, and interference free.
