理疗激光束能量分布的微观形貌测量

摘    要:利用投影光栅显微法对治疗近视眼的激光光束的能量分布进行了测量. 结果表明激光光束的能量在小范围内并不是均匀的高斯分布,而是重重叠叠的无规则的峰-谷分布,该三维形貌的测量及高度分布研究对研究激光治疗近视眼有重要意义.

Abstract:The method of grating-projection was used to measure the energy distribution of a laser beam indirectly. The result showed that the energy’s distribution of the laser beam was composed of many peaks and vales in random instead of even Gauss distribution in small scope. The study on the micro-3D-profile measurement played a important role in myopia treatment utilizing laser beams.
