摘    要:采用经典的Gabriel反应合成了直链型多胺骨架,并用1H/13C NMR,MS等方法确证了中间体以及目标化合物的结构.研究表明,在实验条件下,Gabriel反应经历了新的反应历程;经过工艺改进,建立了一条效率较高的工艺路线.

Abstract:Classical Gabriel reaction was adopted to synthesize linear polyamine skeleton.The structure of intermidates and target compound were confirmed by means of nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy(1H/13C NMR) and mass spectrometry(MS).Results indicate that under the present test conditions,a new reaction pathway is involved in the Gabriel reaction.By modifying the synthetic process,an efficient route to synthesizing polyamine was established.
