摘 要: | 在大量抽样调查的基础上,本文运用因子分析(Factor Analysis)的方法,在M—340计算机上利用ANALYST统计分析软件包中因子分析软件程序,求得因子载荷矩阵.依据因子载荷矩阵,并结合教学质量评估的特点,建立起适用于学生为参评者的教学质量评估指标体系.

Using Factor Analysis Method to Setting up Item System of Teaching Quality Evaluation |

Abstract: | In this article,the author use Factr Analysis method to set up optimal item system which applied to students as evaluators. In doing this, the author has made use of factor analysis software of Analyst statistical analysis software system of M-340. By consuting many eductional experts and referring to many evaluative item system, we abtained an complete item system which consists of 24 items and each takes the form of AIO accout sentence. The completeness of this system is confirmed by experts. For using quanti tive analysis method, the author has made use of likert scale for each item to perfom sampling survey On. n the hasis of many samples,I have applied exploratory factor analgsis method and select the number of common factor equal to 13 in order to keep as much informtion provided by original item system as possible. After 25 iterations and rotating factors using varimax orthogonal rotation ethod, finally I got rotated factod loading matrix which is much suitable for setting up item system. According to the rotated factor pattern, the author set up a complete and independent optimal evaluative item system, which is made up of 10 items. |
