| Abstract: | The chemically induced dynamic electron polarization spectra generated by the laser photolysis of several donor-acceptor systems have been studied to verify the solvent effects on the exchange interaction in solvent-separated radical ion pairs. It has been shown that the sign of the exchange interaction depends on the polarity of solvents. The individual reorganization energies have been determined for several solvent-separated radical ion pair systems. |
