摘    要:研究了三氯氧磷辅助下3种含硫氨基酸的自组装成肽反应,利用电喷雾质谱技术,考察了反应时间、温度和溶剂对3种含硫氨基酸成肽反应的影响,比较了三氯氧磷辅助下3种含硫氨基酸成肽的反应活性.可为寡肽的合成提供一种新的方法.

Abstract:In this paper,the phosphorylation of three sulf-amino acids and the self-assembly into oligo-peptides mediated by phosphorus oxychloride were studied by using electrospray ionization mass spectrometry(ESI-MS).On quenching with water, the reaction mixtures,which were produced under different reaction conditions, yielded the corresponding peptides.Influence of the reaction conditions such as reaction time,solvent and temperature on self-assembly into olig-peptides for three sulf-amino acids were monitored.Also,the assembled oligo-peptides activity of three sulf-amino acids were discussed.
