作为吸附载体用微孔玻璃珠的研制

摘    要:研制出Na_2O-B_2O_3-Al_2O_3-SiO_2系统玻璃,粉碎成一定粒度的颗粒,制成2mm左右的玻璃珠,经过热处理分相、酸溶、水洗、烘干,得到了气孔率为24%左右的微孔玻璃珠,利用微孔的吸附特性及极大的比表面积,可做为良好的吸附载体材料。

Abstract:The Na2O - B2O3 - Al2O3 - SiO2 glass and glass microspheres were prepared.The pore microspheres with diameter 2mm and 24 % porosity were obtained by heattreatment. Phase separation, acid dissolve, water wash and dry process. These poremicrospheres have very excellent adsorption property and large specific surface areaand can be used as adsorption carries.
