光纤光栅的双向温度/波长调谐技术研究

摘    要:为了对光纤布喇格光栅(Fiber Bragg Grating,FBG) 的中心反射波长进行双向调谐,提出了采用半导体致冷器、热敏电阻配合控制电路对FBG的工作温度进行双向精确控制实现温度/波长调谐的方法,讨论了温度/波长调谐的实现技术,并研制了FBG双向温度调谐器样品.在0℃、20℃、40℃环境温度条件下对调谐器进行了范围为-20℃~60℃、步进为10℃的温度扫描测试.实验结果表明:FBG调谐器的中心反射波长与设定的温度有较好的线性关系,除波长外其它光栅特性基本不随调谐温度改变;调谐装置准确度优于0.05 nm,且受环境温度变化的影响较小.

Abstract:The Fiber Bragg Grating (FBG) is very important in the applications of fiber communication and fiber sensor nowadays. The key technique of such applications is the wavelength tuning of FBG. Hence many tuning methods are put forward and worked practicably now, but they still meet disadvantages of complicated structure, lower accuracy and so on. Therefore, FBG encapsulated with sealed shell groupware of semiconductor light source is introduced in this paper. It also put forward the method of completing double direction temperature tuning of FBG, with semiconductor cooler and negative temperature coefficient resistance (NTC) cooperated with peripheral circuit. A sealed sample of FBG with metal shell is designed and manufactured. The structure of the sample is very simple. In addition many temperature experiments are carried on at different environmental temperature of 0℃,20℃,40℃. The tuning range of FBG temperature is from -20℃ to 60℃ with a 10℃ step.
