摘    要:采用微波消解和ICP-OES测定了凤仙花和红花中重金属铜、铅、镍和稀土元素铈、钐、镧的含量。该方法的加标回收率为93.1%—103.8%,相对标准偏差(RSD)值不大于1.83%。实验结果表明,所测样品含量均未超过国家规定标准,适合入药。方法快速简便可靠。

Abstract:The contents of heavy metals such as Cu,Ni,Pb and rare earth such as Ce,Sm and La in balsamine and safflower were determined by ICP-OES with microwave digestion.The addition recoveries were between 93.1% and 103.8%,and RSDs were not more than 1.83%.The experimental results show that the contents of test samples were not more than national regulation standards,and suitable for medicine.The method is simple,rapid and reliable.
