含钴玻璃熔制及其光谱曲线分析

摘    要:用CoO着色可以生产蓝色玻璃,钴含量及玻璃配合料氧化还原性都容易造成玻璃光学指标的改变,使玻璃产生较大的色差。本文通过改变玻璃中钴的含量、氧化还原剂用量来熔制玻璃样片,然后用SP-1920分光光度计对玻璃样片进行光度指标分析。结果表明:着色剂的用量、配合料的氧化还原性、K2O的添加对玻璃光学指标有较大影响。

Abstract:Blue glass can be prepared by cobalt oxide as coloring agent.Concentration of cobalt oxide and oxidizability-reducibility of mixed batch glass material can affect its optical indicatrix,which have large chromatism effect on glass.In the experiment,the glass samples were melted to prepare by the different concentrations of cobalt oxide and reductant-oxidant dosages,then the optical indicatrixes of glass samples were analyzed by SP-1920 spectrophotometer.Results indicated that amount of cobalt oxide,oxidizability-reducibility of mixed batch glass material and adding K2O had the relative large effect on optical indicatrixes of glass.
