微波消解-氢化物发生-冷原子吸收光谱法测定茶叶中的镉

摘    要:
采用微波消解法对茶叶样品进行处理,使用改进的雾化装置,在室温下用原子吸收光谱法测定茶叶中的镉,对各种实验参数进行了优化,镉的检出限(K=3,n=11)为18ng.L-1,其相对标准偏差为3.5%,回收率在94.8%—104.2%之间。方法操作简单、实用、灵敏度高,适用于茶叶中镉的快速测定。

Abstract:
Tea samples were digested by microwave digestion method,and a modified atomizer was used,and cadmium in tea was determined by atomic absorption spectrometry at room temperature.The various experimental parameters were optimized.The detection limit of cadmium was 18ng·L-1(K=3,n=11)with RSD of 3.5%.This method is simple,practical with high sensitivity,that is applied to rapidly determining cadmium in tea with the recoveries in the range of 94.8%—104.2%.
