摘    要:提出了共振瑞利散射光谱法测定洛美沙星的新方法。在pH 5.0—6.0的HAc-NaAc缓冲溶液中,铽()与洛美沙星(Lomefloxacin,LOM)抗生素能形成阳离子配合物,它可进一步通过静电引力和疏水作用与茜素红(Alizarin Red,AR)阴离子反应形成1:2:1(Tb3+:LOM:AR)三元离子缔合物,此时将出现新的共振瑞利散射(Resonance Rayleigh Scattering,RRS)光谱,其两个散射峰分别位于370nm和590nm处。在370nm处,一定浓度的洛美沙星与散射增强(ΔI)成正比,其线性范围和检出限(3σ)分别是0.004—3.52μg.mL-1和14.3 ng.mL-1。该方法简单、快速、具有良好的选择性和重复性,可用于不同体液中洛美沙星药物的测定。文中还对反应机理作了讨论。

Abstract:A novel method for the determination of lomefloxacin(LOM) by resonance Rayleigh scattering(RRS)spectrometry was developed.In pH 5.0—6.0 HAc-NaAc buffer solution,lomefloxacin can react with Tb3+ to form cation chelates,which further bond with alizarin red(AR) anion to form ternary ion-association complexes(Tb3+∶LOM∶AR) at the ratio of 1∶2∶1 by electrostatic attraction and hydrophobic interaction,that resulted in a new RRS spectrum.The two scattering peaks located at 370nm and 590nm.The RRS intensity enhancement(ΔI) was proportional to the certain concentration of LOM in the range of 0.004—3.52μg·mL-1,and the detection limit was 14.3ng·mL-1.The method is simple,rapid with the good selectivity and repeatability,that is applied to the determination of LOM in the different body fluid.The reaction mechanism was also investigated.
