火焰原子吸收光谱法测定彝药足壳中的微量元素

摘    要:采用微波消解火焰原子吸收光谱法测定足壳中的微量元素。用HNO3+H2O2对足壳样品进行微波消解处理,采用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定足壳消解液中的Ca、Fe、Cu、Zn、Mn和Mg的含量。足壳中Ca的含量较高,各元素的回收率为93.0%—105.5%。此方法简单、准确,结果令人满意。

Abstract:The microelements in zu-ke were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry(FAAS) with microwave digestion.The samples were digested by microwave digestion with HNO3+H2O2,and the contents of Ca,Fe,Cu,Zn,Mn and Mg in the digestion solution of zu-ke were determined by FAAS.The content of Ca in zu-ke was relatively high,and the recoveries of each element were in the range of 93.0%—105.5%.The method is simple,accurate with satisfactory results.
