摘    要:利用微波超声消解、电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定黄芪中无机元素含量,利用因子分析、聚类分析法确定其主要判别元素。测得黄芪样品中27种无机元素含量,因子分析的结果表明总方差的97.8%的贡献来自第1个因子,黄芪主要判别元素确定为K、Mg与Na。对黄芪饮片无机元素的测定与分析研究有助于完善其质量评价体系。

Abstract:The contents of inorganic elements in astragalus mongholicus were determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS) with digestion by microwave,and main identified elements were comfirmed by factor and cluster analysis.The contents of 27 kind of inorganic elements in astragalus mongholicus were determined,and results of factor analysis showed that the first factor accounted for 97.8% of the total variance,and main identified elements in astragalus mongholicus were K,Mg and Na.The determination and analysis of inorganic elements in astragalus mongholicus contributed to perfect the quality evaluation system.
