摘    要:考察了超声波提取法对三叶木通总黄酮提取的影响条件,其最优条件为:提取次数3次,料液比1:30(g/mL),提取时间30min,乙醇浓度60%。用超微量微孔板分光光度法对不同产地,不同部位三叶木通总黄酮含量进行测定,结果表明,不同产地三叶木通之间总黄酮含量差异显著,不同部位之间差异也显著,可见不同产地因不同的生长环境、温度、湿度等因素对三叶木通总黄酮含量影响较大。本实验为以后更好的开发利用三叶木通资源提供一定的理论依据和指导意义。

Abstract:The influence conditions of ultrasonic extraction method on the extraction of total flavonoids of Akebia trifoliate(Thunb.)Koidz were investigated,and the optimal conditions were as follows:extraction times of 3,the ratio of solid to solution of 1∶30g/mL,the extraction time of 30min and the ethanol concentration of 60%.The contents of total flavonoids of different parts of Akebia trifoliate(Thunb.)Koidz from different producing areas were determined by delineation of micro hole boards spectrophotometric method,and results showed there were remarkable differences in the contents of total flavonoids of Akebia trifoliate(Thunb.)Koidz from different producing areas,and the different parts of Akebia trifoliate(Thunb.)Koidz also had significance of difference,that illustrated there were the large influences of factors including different growing environment,temperature and humidity on the contents of total flavonoids of Akebia trifoliate(Thunb.)Koidz from different producing areas.The method will provide theoretical basis and guide significance for the development and utilization Akebia trifoliate(Thunb.)Koidz.
