摘    要:人体内的SCN-主要分布于人体体液及代谢物中,如唾液、血浆、尿液等。其来源主要有两种途径:一是烟草中氰化物的代谢产物,人体内硫氰酸盐的含量是区别吸烟者和不吸烟者的重要标志1,2];二是某些食物的代谢产物,如卷心菜等。硫氰酸盐可作为药物用于治疗甲状腺疾病,但体液中SCN-含

Abstract:Based on the enhancing effect of SCN~-on the fluorimetric intensity of the reaction of potassium bromide-potassium bromate with rhodamine B,a new kinetic fluorimetric method for the determination of thiocyanate(SCN~-) in acid medium was developed.The experimental conditions including the reagent concentration,the reaction temperature and time were optimized at fixed reaction time.The linear range of the calibration curve was 0.80-72 ng/mL SCN~-with a correlation coefficient of 0.999 1.The detection limit of SCN~-was 0.33 ng/mL and the relative standard deviations for 8.0(ng/mL) and 64(ng/mL) SCN~-were 1.01% and 0.62%(n=10),respectively.The effects of common ions and organic compounds on the determination were investigated.This method has been applied to the determination of trace SCN~-in saliva of smokers and non-smokers.The possible reaction mechanism was suggested.
