壳聚糖/羧甲基魔芋葡甘聚糖共混膜

摘    要:以溶液共混法成功制备出壳聚糖与羧甲基魔芋葡甘聚糖共混膜,用FT-IR,XRD,SEM及透光率测试表征了其结构,并测试了其吸水率和力学性能,结果表明,壳聚糖与羧甲基魔芋葡甘聚糖在共混膜中存在强烈的相互作用及良好的相容性,共混膜的力学性能随羧甲基魔芋葡甘聚糖含量的增大而得到明显提高,当壳聚糖与羧甲基魔芋葡甘聚糖重量比为7:3时,共混膜的抗张强度最大,其干,湿态热张强度分别达89MPa和49MPa,比屯壳聚糖膜的干,湿态抗张强度分别提高了97.8%及147.5%,该共混膜作为一种潜在的生物基用材料,将具有广阔的应用前景。

Abstract:Chitosan-carboxylmethyl konjac glucomannan blend films were prepared successfully by solution method and characterized by FT-IR?XRD?SEM?optical transmittance?percent water absorption and measurements of mechanical properties. The results indicated that there was some strong interaction and good compatibility between chitosan and carboxylmethyl konjac glucomannan molecule in the blend films. The mechanical properties of blend films greatly increased with the increase of carboxylmethyl konjac glucomannan cotent. The best tensil strength values of the blend films were 89MPa (dry state) and 49MPa(wet state) when carboxylmethyl konjac glucomannan content was 30%. The tensile strength of blend films in the dry state and wet state increased 97.8% and 147.5%, respectively.
