摘    要:制备了3 巯基丙酸修饰的金纳米颗粒,溶胶的pH值变化导致颗粒表面的电荷发生变化.随着pH值的降低,颗粒的聚集体增大,在pH值小于4时颗粒下沉.加碱增大溶胶的pH值,聚集的颗粒会重新分散.

Abstract:The gold nanoparticles were prepared in the presence of 3-mercaptopropionic acid. The different pH values of Au colloids induced the change of charge on particles surface. The bigger aggregation could be observed at lower pH value and the precipitation occurred to the gold particles when pH value was below 4. However, the aggregated spheroid could re-disperse and colloids could be formed again when adjusting pH to above 7.
