透平静叶安装节距误差对级性能影响的数值研究

摘    要:数值研究了蒸汽透平静叶节距变化对级性能影响。选取典型高压透平级,通过增、减静叶数改变静叶节距,分别对原型(A)、静叶部分透光(B)、静叶完全透光(C)和静叶节距减小(D)四种设计情况进行了全三维定常计算分析,获取了透平静叶节距变化对级性能影响的认识,讨论了蒸汽透平叶片设计中的“无透光”工程准则,从而为处理静叶节距变化这一工程问题提供依据。

Abstract:Numerical investigations about the influence of changing stator solidity on the steam turbine stage performance are presented. One high pressure steam turbine stage is selected as research object. The stator solidity is changed via altering stator blade number. Four cases with different stator solidity, namely baseline design(A); smaller solidity with part light through(B); smallest solidity with complete light through(C); biggest solidity(D), are simulated with a well validated in-house three-dimensional CFD code. Understanding about the influence of changing stator solidity on steam turbine stage performance is obtained, and also the engineering design criteria named "no light through" is discussed.
