摘    要:基于Altera公司的SOPC-NIOSⅡ嵌入式软核处理器技术,提出了一种实现实时红外图像直方图均衡的设计方法.并在FPGA上实现了这一系统,使用Quartus Ⅱ软件中集成的SOPC Builder工具完成了整个系统的设计.该系统主要包括NIOS Ⅱ主控模块、存储器模块、自定制的直方图统计模块以及用户控制模块.实验结果表明,该系统具有体积小,功耗低,数据处理速度快,可靠性高等特点.

Abstract:A method is proposed to realize a histogram equalization for infrared image based on SOPC-NIOSII embedded software core processing technique of Altera corporation. The system is realized on Altera's Cyclone field programmable gate array (FPGA) chip. The system is designed by SOPC Builder which is integrated in Quartus II. The systen mainly encompasses a NIOSII control module, a memory module, a custom-built histogram statistic module and user's control module. The experiment results show that the system has small bulk, low power dissipation, fast data processing speed and high reliability.
