| Abstract: | Base of the discussions of properties of permanents, a calculating method of permanents is given. And according to the concept of permanents, the row determinant of general m × n matrixes, a kind of generalization of determinants, is defined and its properties and calculating methods are investigated. Cramers＇ Criterion is generalized. |
