| 摘 要： | 本文对分子生物物理学中产生的线性Poisson-Boltzmann方程（PBE），给出了Mortar有限元方法的计算过程，数值计算例子表明，与一般的协调有限元方法相比，用Mortar元方法求解此类有间断系数的问题有非常有效的。

| Abstract: | We apply the mortar finite element method to the Linear Poisson-Boltzmann Equation arising in molecular biophysics. A detailed analysis of the resulting method is presented with comparisions to the classical finite element method. The numerical results illustrate mortar finite element method is an effective method for solving this problem with discontinuous coefficients. |
