摘    要:本文用偏最小二乘法(PLS)校正了火焰原子吸收分析In252.137nm对Co252.136nm的吸收线重叠干扰,对混合样中Co和In的含量进行了测定,结果令人满意。

Abstract:The present paper describles the method that use of partial least squares modelling to compensate for spectral "overlap" interference of in 252. 137nm with Co 252. 136nm in AAS. The experimental results show that PLS modell is the possible and the effective method resolving the spectral interference in atomic absorption spectrometry. The method has been applied to the determination of Co and In in the samples, the satisfactory results are obtained.
